– Must demonstrate strong collaboration and organizational skills as you will work with our global product and engineering teams.
– Define and measure user-success in collaboration with Product and Engineering stakeholders. Deliver solutions to improve user happiness and increased adoption.
– Partner with Product Owner and stakeholders to define project requirements
– Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing.
– Produce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications.
– Communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, wireframes detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually in large group settings.
– Maintain a design project plan and communicate design stages and capacity across product management and engineering teams
– Create and share development-ready assets as a member of agile teams
– Provide UAT for new features by testing design quality and UX prior to release
– Must be enthusiastic about an iterative design process. You aren’t afraid to throw away beautiful design work if it’s not the right solution for the problem at hand.
– Are comfortable with giving and receiving constructive critique and design direction.
– Should be able to effectively communicate, present, and defend design concepts to stakeholders, and analyze and implement feedback with an open mind.

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in design (e.g., graphic, product, interaction, visual communications), or equivalent practical experience.
– Must speak and write English fluently and confidently
– Experience in UI design for native iOS and Android applications
– Familiarity with rapid prototyping concepts and fail-fast, iterative design thinking.
– Ability to demonstrate a strong design foundation in information hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout

Technical
– Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma or Axure
– Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
– Experience with InVision or other prototyping tools
– Experience with Abstract, Zeplin, or similar design collaboration tool
